I believe that strong management and a well-trained workforce is the single most important ingredient in building a world class organization and creating value for its investors. My experience, knowledge, and passion for teaching and mentoring has been central to success in selecting, training, developing, and maintaining strong management teams and a knowledgeable and high performance workforce.

The key to building a world class organization is selecting, training and developing the right people and matching their capabilities to the position within the organization that will allow them to be productive and make a contribution to the ongoing success of the organization.

My passion for teaching, training, and developing top performing teams has led me to exceptional success in developing talent with limited industry experience yet who are passionate about learning and willing to work hard to perform each task in a superior manner and execute actions that produce results against a defined business strategy.

During my career I have demonstrated my ability to design and implement cross training systems and mentoring programs to develop talent at different levels and effectively manage labor cost. My commitment to development and management of Human Capital has been the key to success in making effective adjustments to meet shifts in customer preference, market conditions, operational challenges and maintaining operational consistencies to ensure sustainable results and bottom line growth.
